From my own experience digging into ClickTrades, I can confirm it’s only licensed under the Seychelles FSA, which is an offshore regulator. In my view, that’s not the same as being regulated by a top-tier authority like FCA or ASIC. While this license exists, it doesn’t give me the same confidence as a broker under stricter oversight. So, I personally treat ClickTrades as higher risk and keep my trading size smaller for safety.
