The biggest risk with CMS Prime, in my view, is the lack of regulation. Without an overseeing body, there’s no guarantee that the broker will operate fairly or protect client funds. While CMS Prime offers flexible leverage and various account types, I feel uncomfortable with the idea of trading without any regulatory oversight. If CMS Prime were regulated, it would provide greater confidence for traders like me. Given its unregulated status, I would be careful about trading here, particularly if I’m investing a significant amount of money.
