From what I’ve personally checked, KVB Global isn’t under active regulation right now. It used to have licenses from the Hong Kong SFC, New Zealand FSPR, and Australian ASIC — but the SFC one has been revoked, and the others are marked as “Exceeded” (expired). For me, this is a serious consideration because it means there’s no current regulatory body overseeing its operations or protecting client funds.
