Valbury was previously regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), but its FCA license has been revoked. However, it is regulated by the Badan Pengass Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (BAPPEBTI) in Indonesia and the Jakarta Futures Exchange (JFX), with regulatory licenses 184/BAPPEBTI/SI/II/2003 and SPAB-046/BBJ/06/02, respectively. While the FCA revocation is concerning, the BAPPEBTI and JFX licenses provide some level of oversight. As a trader, I’m cautious because the revocation of the FCA license limits the regulatory protection.
