Since Midas Exchange is regulated by CGSE, I feel it’s somewhat safe, but I also keep in mind that CGSE is specific to the gold market and may not offer the same broad investor protection as other global regulators. It’s a good start, but I’d still be cautious when trading with unregulated brokers in general.
