The regional restrictions are a bit of a disadvantage for me—if I were based in the USA, I wouldn’t be able to access the platform at all. Another downside is the limited customer support channels. I had to contact AIMS customer service via email when I faced a problem, and while they were helpful, I’d prefer more options like live chat. Nonetheless, the ease of logging in and starting trading keeps me coming back.
