Raynar Prime is not regulated by any major financial authority like ASIC, FCA, or CySEC. While the broker operates under an Appointed Representative (AR) license with ASIC, it is not directly regulated by ASIC. This AR status allows them to represent other regulated entities but does not provide the same protections for traders as direct regulation would. Personally, I find this concerning, as regulation is a key factor in ensuring that the broker follows strict financial standards and offers protection to traders.
