FXPRIMUS is a safe broker to trade with if you're based in regions covered by CySEC regulation. However, the expired FSCA license and offshore VFSC license make it a bit riskier in certain regions. Personally, I would be cautious if trading from areas with weaker investor protection, but for those in CySEC-regulated zones, it seems like a decent option.
