From my own checks, Angel Broking is not regulated by any recognized financial authority. This is a big concern for me because without regulation, there’s no formal investor protection if disputes occur. I’ve opened an angel broking account before, and while the signup was smooth, I still kept my trading size small because I know the risk level is higher with unregulated brokers.
