FXFlat is regulated by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) under license number 109603. However, it’s important to note that its BaFin license has been exceeded. For me, this raises a flag because although FXFlat was once under strict regulation, the exceeded license means they are no longer fully compliant with BaFin's oversight. When I checked the FXFlat review, this was something I had to consider carefully before moving forward.
