Yes, MYFX Markets is regulated by the Seychelles FSA under offshore regulation, license number SD202. When I did my myfx markets review, the first thing I did was check the FSA registry to confirm the license exists. That said, offshore regulation is not the same as top-tier authorities like ASIC or FCA—it generally has looser rules on fund segregation and investor protection, so I personally treat it as higher risk.
