The main disadvantage of QCG’s unregulated status is the lack of oversight from a regulatory body. This leaves traders vulnerable to potential fraud, mismanagement, or unfair trading practices. Additionally, without regulation, there is no clear avenue for resolving disputes, which means traders may face difficulties if issues arise with the broker. From my perspective, this increases the overall risk of trading with QCG and makes it less attractive compared to regulated brokers that offer more security and accountability.
