No, EOBroker isn’t regulated at all, and for me that’s a big red flag. When a broker has no oversight from a financial authority, it means my funds aren’t protected under strict investor safety rules. Personally, I would only use such a platform with very small amounts just to test things out, because I know if anything goes wrong, I won’t have an easy legal route to recover my money.
