Given that XPO FUND isn’t regulated, I’d say there are inherent risks. A regulated broker ensures that your funds are segregated and that the broker adheres to certain standards of conduct. But with XPO FUND, there's no such guarantee. While they might offer solid features and trading options, the lack of regulation means there's a higher risk of fraud or mismanagement, which I personally wouldn’t want to risk.
