No, MercadosInvest isn’t regulated by any financial authority. When I looked into their background, I saw they’re registered in Saint Lucia, but there’s no license from any recognized regulator. For me, this means there’s no formal investor protection in place, so if something goes wrong, I’m on my own. That’s why I’d approach them with caution and only risk money I can afford to lose.
