The "Exceeded" status means that Okasan Asset’s license with the FSA has expired or is no longer valid. This is a red flag for me as it indicates that they might no longer be operating within the required legal framework. While they may have once been regulated, the lack of active regulation leaves me with concerns about the safety of my investments. For Okasan Asset Investments, the absence of up-to-date regulatory oversight would make me cautious about entrusting my funds with them.
