I’d say “legit” in the sense that they have a valid FSA license, but “safe” is a relative term here. Offshore regulation means fewer safeguards if something goes wrong. When I tested them, deposits went through without issues, but given the license type, I wouldn’t park large sums long-term. It’s the kind of broker I’d use for short-term trades, not for keeping my entire trading bankroll.
