Eurotrader offers customer support through phone, email, and online chat. However, I noticed that their customer support isn't available 24/7, which can be a bit of a downside for traders who need immediate assistance, especially during off-hours. For me, this isn’t a huge issue, but I do wish they had round-the-clock availability. Still, when I’ve contacted them, the support team has been responsive, and I haven’t faced any significant delays in resolving my queries. So, while not perfect, I think their support is decent, but a little more availability would be ideal.
