From my perspective, the major advantages of using Interactive Brokers (IB) include their extensive range of financial products, competitive pricing, and cutting-edge platform. IB provides access to over 150 markets, including stocks, forex, options, and futures, which gives me a huge amount of flexibility when creating my trading strategy. The commission structure is also very attractive; I can take advantage of low fees, especially for high-volume trading, which is essential for me as an active trader. The platform itself, which includes features like IBKR GlobalTrader and Trader Workstation (TWS), is highly customizable and packed with tools that suit both beginner and experienced traders. However, for newcomers, the platform might feel overwhelming due to its complexity. Despite this, the tools, low fees, and broad market access are significant benefits for me as a seasoned trader looking for a comprehensive trading experience.
