When I started my rfb review, the first thing I looked at was the regulation. RFB is regulated by Indonesia’s Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (BAPPEBTI) with license number 08/BAPPEBTI/SI/XII/2000. To me, this is a strong point because BAPPEBTI enforces strict local compliance and requires client funds to be kept in segregated accounts.
