Yes. From my own research, EMPEROR Xpro’s spreads start from 1.8 pips on Standard, 1.4 pips on Premium, and 0.9 pips on Prestige accounts. They also list metals from 2.5 pips and oil from 4 pips. I couldn’t find full details on swap fees or commissions, which for me is a drawback when comparing with other brokers.
