Yes, FINAM is regulated by the Central Bank of Russia (CBR). For me, this regulation provides a certain level of security, especially for traders based in Russia. However, if I were an international trader, I’d still be a bit cautious about the level of protection offered by the CBR compared to other top-tier regulators like the FCA. In my experience, regulation is important, but the specifics of each country's financial oversight play a big role in deciding whether I’d feel comfortable with the broker.
