When I looked into Hankotrade broker’s fees, I found that the STP account offers spreads starting at 0.7 pips with no commissions. For ECN accounts, the spreads are even tighter at 0.0 pips, but there's a $2 commission per side for every $100k traded, which is a reasonable trade-off for me given the low spreads.
