While IUX offers many benefits, there are some cons to consider. One of the downsides I noted in my IUX review is that the broker doesn’t provide services to clients from certain countries like the U.S., Australia, and Japan. Additionally, the customer support options are quite limited, with only a Help Center available, and no phone or live chat support. Also, there is a lack of comprehensive educational resources, which could be challenging for beginners who need more guidance.
