ARFX is regulated by ASIC, which makes it legit in my view, as ASIC ensures brokers follow industry standards to protect traders. However, the FSCA’s Exceeded status makes me cautious because it indicates that ARFX might not be currently compliant in that jurisdiction. While ASIC provides a level of safety, the lack of full regulation from FSCA means I need to be extra careful when trading with them.
