Gerchik & Co is regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC), with license number 40512. While this provides some level of oversight, in my gerchik co broker review, I would point out that offshore regulation may not offer the same level of protection as top-tier regulators like the FCA or ASIC. For me, this raises some concerns about the safety of my funds.
