Brisk Markets is regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA). While I do appreciate that they’re regulated, the fact that it's offshore regulation gives me pause. I generally feel more comfortable with brokers regulated by major authorities like the FCA or ASIC. Offshore regulation can sometimes offer fewer protections, so I’d recommend staying cautious and doing further research before committing large funds.
