Technically, InvestingFox is legit in terms of offering trading services, but the lack of regulation makes me hesitant. For me, regulation is a major factor in determining a broker’s legitimacy. It means that my funds are safer, and the broker is held to certain standards. Since InvestingFox is unregulated, it’s harder to trust that they’re operating with full transparency or protecting my interests as they should.
