Despite full compliance and repeated contact attempts, I have received no effective response, and the bonus has still not been credited to my trading account.

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding a serious technical issue observed on your trading platform.
On XAGUSD (Silver vs USD), M5 timeframe, an abnormal long downside wick appeared on the candle which does not align with market price movement or other reliable market data. Due to this unexpected wick, my stop loss was triggered, resulting in my account being completely blown.
I strongly believe this loss occurred due to a platform error / price feed issue, not due to normal market volatility. I have attached a screenshot of the chart clearly showing the abnormal wick for your verification.

long asia automatic trade
I have an automatic trade in my Long Asia account and the entire trade is in loss. 1029 trades have been done in my account. I have 514$ in one account and another loss has happened in another account which is completely due to Long Asia's mistake but But there is no reply from them.
How is it possible that anyone can have 1029 trades in their account or that someone can make a total loss and not make a profit in any of the trades?
While the leverage of this account is 1:500, if I go and do it myself, I can do about 5 trades at a time, but in my account, 20-25 trades have been done at a time, how can this be possible?

I was holding a volume
I was holding a volume of 0,6 Lot in Sell and 0,48 Lot in Buy, and at rollover time the chart was showing some movements (10 pips up and down) on GBPUSD, but it was going almost in a straight line, and suddenly in a few seconds I lost aprox. 200€ of free margin forcing the closure of all my positions. On normal situation it shouldn't have mattered much if it went upwards or downwards, but suddenly both sides where going against me!

Greetings: I opened an account on November 19, 2025 at the NPEmarket exchange and broker. After verifying my identity, I charged my account. I was given $10, $350, and a $2 bonus from the broker. After a few days of trading, on Friday, November 28, my account reached $23,000. Unfortunately, at 4:00 PM on Friday, without any message from the broker or any email from the broker, my account was completely blocked and suspended.

I opened a 16 lot short
I opened a 16 lot short position in the EURUSD. This was made up of two 5 lot positions and one 6 lot position. I calculated my sizing so that my 20% automatic stop out would only be triggered if the market breached 1.0904. However, as shown in my screenshots, the market closed my 6 lot short position out at 1.08922. At this level in the EURUSD, my margin level would only be 75%, well above the 20% automatic stop out level.
This is quite concerning as I am not being offered the leverage I thought I had, namely 500:1 with automatic stop out at 20%.

My account was blocked
My account was blocked over a year ago without warning. I had a significant amount of money in my trading account, and the company refuses to return my funds. I followed up multiple times, submitted all required documents, and explained my situation. However, the final answer I received from their support team was:
> "Your account was blocked due to alleged multiple accounts and suspected fraud. Therefore, your funds will not be returned. Please refer to our Client Agreement."
This is absolutely unfair. I had only one account. I did not commit any fraud. They are using vague contract language to justify keeping my money.

My MT4 account has stopped, my funds have been lost, time is money, why did it stop for no reason
my mt4-account stopps and since then I haven´t access to my account.they told me the following:
"Thank you for your email. We are aware of the issue, as due to server maintenance clients temporarily cannot access their accounts. The master account is working normally. Please bear with us until the issue is resolved."
several times I asked them , when the problems are solved , and their answer was always, that they understand my frustration and they will revert as soon as their accounting and analyses will completed.

Warning fake fake fake.
This is a fake company when you trade here then they automatically close them when you take a good entry and block your account also. So never choose this broker this is a 100% fake broker. I enter into it and take a trade on Gold with 0.02 lot and I was buy at 4160 they automatically close it at this position and now market of Gold pumping above 4190 which means I am floating a profit of 80$+ so never join it. it's a totally fake fake fake broker.
My total deposit is 1650$ and total withdrawal is 1250$, I am also in a loss of 394$ in this overall account. I again deposit 50$ and add a trade of 0.02 at 4160 of gold at buy they close it automatically without any reason. So I am attaching the proofs also. Be side from this disgusting fake company please.😭
