My account was blocked
My account was blocked over a year ago without warning. I had a significant amount of money in my trading account, and the company refuses to return my funds. I followed up multiple times, submitted all required documents, and explained my situation. However, the final answer I received from their support team was:
> "Your account was blocked due to alleged multiple accounts and suspected fraud. Therefore, your funds will not be returned. Please refer to our Client Agreement."
This is absolutely unfair. I had only one account. I did not commit any fraud. They are using vague contract language to justify keeping my money.

My MT4 account has stopped, my funds have been lost, time is money, why did it stop for no reason
my mt4-account stopps and since then I haven´t access to my account.they told me the following:
"Thank you for your email. We are aware of the issue, as due to server maintenance clients temporarily cannot access their accounts. The master account is working normally. Please bear with us until the issue is resolved."
several times I asked them , when the problems are solved , and their answer was always, that they understand my frustration and they will revert as soon as their accounting and analyses will completed.

when I started trading

Warning fake fake fake.
This is a fake company when you trade here then they automatically close them when you take a good entry and block your account also. So never choose this broker this is a 100% fake broker. I enter into it and take a trade on Gold with 0.02 lot and I was buy at 4160 they automatically close it at this position and now market of Gold pumping above 4190 which means I am floating a profit of 80$+ so never join it. it's a totally fake fake fake broker.
My total deposit is 1650$ and total withdrawal is 1250$, I am also in a loss of 394$ in this overall account. I again deposit 50$ and add a trade of 0.02 at 4160 of gold at buy they close it automatically without any reason. So I am attaching the proofs also. Be side from this disgusting fake company please.😭

Stolen Funds on Axi platform
My fund on my axi account was stolen two times. The second time was stopped after informing that I did notmade the withdrawal. I reach out to axi, they lock my account for over 3 months for them to investigate. Afterwards, they refuse to refund the stolen amount. Beware depositing to this AXI platform, hackers

Refund after 13 months & regulator pressure
My account (CR5427736) was disabled in July 2024 with false fraud allegations. In Aug 2024, Deriv unilaterally withdrew USD 26,455 without my consent and shifted funds into an SVG wallet. After 13 months of delays, repeated excuses, and coercion to submit unnecessary documents (including Income Tax Return on 23 Aug 2025), Deriv finally processed the refund on 1 Sept 2025—but only after I escalated to regulators (LFSA, MFSA, BVIFSC, FSC Mauritius, SVGFSA, SCA Dubai). Compensation for financial losses, missed trading opportunities, medical costs, and reputational damage remains unresolved. Deriv breached its own Terms & Conditions on safeguarding, complaint handling, and transparency. Clients should be warned that the “Most Transparent Broker” award is misleading when refund and redress come only under regulatory pressure.

Account banned without reason
On September 14, 2025, they banned my account, claiming that I had violated Article 2.9 of their public offering agreement, which states that "the company prohibits customers from engaging in fraudulent activities that the company may consider to be part of customer behavior. These fraudulent activities aim to exploit operations not directed by the company, loopholes in the company's official website, speculation based on bonuses, and abuse of trading to gain profits, including but not limited to completing hedging transactions through different accounts and speculating on assets with liquidity difficulties. In such cases, the company reserves the right to terminate this agreement or reset the results of trading operations
However, I believe that I have not violated any of the conditions described in it, and each order has a 5-minute cycle. Before the ban, there was a withdrawal request of nearly $3000 that had not been completed for more than 3 days. My ID is marcemous@gmail.com
