Teade Horizons Ventures OÜ tegevuse kohta 18.06.2019 Finantsinspektsioon teavitab avalikkust, et äriühing Horizons Ventures OÜ (registrikood 14643552) ei oma makseteenuste osutamiseks Eestis tegevusluba ja seega puudub Horizons Ventures OÜ-l õigus osutada Eestis makseteenuseid. Nimetatud ettevõte pakub makseteenust Saint Vincent ja Grenadiinide äriühingule Horizons LTD (https://www.marketssoft.com), kusjuures Finantsinspektsioon pole väljastanud Horizons LTD-le ühtegi tegevusluba, nagu on eksitavalt väidetud kõnealuse isiku veebilehel, ning tal puudub õigus Eestis investeerimisteenuste osutamiseks. Nimekiri ettevõtetest, kellel on lubatud Eestis makse- ja investeerimisteenuseid osutada, on leitav Finantsinspektsiooni kodulehelt http://www.fi.ee. Information on Horizons Ventures OÜ 18.06.2019 Finantsinspektsioon (the Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority) would like to inform the public that Horizons Ventures OÜ (registry code 14643552) does not hold an activity licence for the provision of payment services in Estonia and therefore Horizons Ventures OÜ is not authorised to provide payment services in Estonia. The company offers payment services to a Saint Vincent and the Grenadines’ company Horizons LTD (https://www.marketssoft.com), whereas Finantsinspektsioon has not issued any licences to the latter, as has been misleadingly claimed on the person´s web page, and it lacks the right to provide investment services in Estonia.
