These companies are suspected to be currently or have been targeting Hong Kong investors, or claiming to have ties to Hong Kong. You can search by name or category to check whether a company is included in the list. This list is not exhaustive. As the Securities and Futures Commission often discovers companies or websites worth noting, we will add new names to the list from time to time.
