AETOS 2022 Ramadan Promotion

New and existing Muslim clients of AETOS Markets (V) Ltd (“AETOS”) can enjoy a swap-free, no markups exclusive offer for AETOS Islamic Account for 14 days when they meet the requirements defined hereunder.

The promotion will be valid from 2022 April 02 at 00:00 GMT to 2022 May 01 at 23:59 GMT.

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, You must:

(a) Be a Muslim;

(b) be over eighteen years of age or over the maturity in Your jurisdiction;

(c) have opened an Islamic Swap-Free trading account with AETOS;

(d) make a deposit no less than the minimum amount as required by AETOS into accounts during the promotion period;

(e) not subject to any dispute or defaults and comply with AETOS Terms and Conditions;

(f) agree and comply with AETOS Islamic Swap Free Account terms and conditions;

(g) agree and comply with these promotion terms and conditions;

For the avoidance of doubt, if You do not comply with the Eligibility Requirements, You will not be entitled to participate in this Promotion.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

AETOS Islamic accounts are used to be subject to swap free but an additional 10 points mark-up spreads applied. During the Promotion Period, AETOS will waive the additional 10 points mark-up spreads for all eligible AETOS Islamic accounts;

New Islamic Account clients have to make a deposit no less than the minimum amount as required by AETOS during the promotion period to participate the promotion;

Existing Islamic Account clients have to make a topup no less than the minimum amount as required by AETOS during the promotion period to participate the promotion;

Deposit Criteria

• New deposits made from external sources during the promotion Period are taken into consideration. Internal transfer from any other account held by the eligible account holder to participate in this Promotion will not be calculated.

• The deposits made by eligible account holders to meet the deposits criteria of the Promotion may incur minor differences from the clear fund AETOS received due to bank commission charges. The deposit will be calculated according to the actual clear fund AETOS received.

Products including Share CFDs and Cryptocurrency CFDs will be excluded from the Promotion.

You will continue to be bound by AETOS Islamic Account terms and conditions during the Promotion Period. AETOS will take routine review on Islamic Swap Free Account after market close on Friday each week. In the situation that there are open positions held for 14 consecutive days under Islamic Swap Free Account, AETOS is entitled to reclassify your trading account(s) as regular AETOS trading account(s) with swap charges applied since the 15th calendar day.

LIABILITY

• You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AETOS (including its directors, officers, employees and assigns) on written demand and at all times from and against any and all liability, fines, penalties, actions, judgement, settlement, claims, demands, losses, damages, injury, compensation, costs, and expenses (including interest payments, reasonable legal fees on a solicitor/client basis, other professional fees and disbursements and costs of investigation and litigation) for or in respect of which AETOS will or may become liable by reason of or related or incidental to any act, default or omission and/or any breach of representation and warranty set forth herein by You under these Promotion Terms including without limitation resulting from or in relation to any breach, non-observance, act or omission whether negligent or otherwise.

• To the extent permitted by law, your rights to litigate, to seek injunctive relief or to any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this Promotion are hereby excluded, and You expressly waive any and all such rights.
