Emails are simply not being answered. Unless you sign the agreement, every email I send out sinks like a stone. Since you're accusing me of trading violations, then provide the evidence.

本人于在tmgm开户交易多年，2025年7月前后后入金超20wUSD，后续为了资金周转申请出金，但是平台卡着不让出金，随后在8月19日，发来邮件说本人进行了违规交易，未具体说明哪一个账号或者哪一个单号违规，并要求签署霸王条款，只出本金，且没有明确本金多少，只写了当天申请的一笔四千多的出金，严重不合理且强盗！！！ 本人就是一个散户，何来操纵市场的权利，在平台亏损的时候怎么不说我操纵市场，等到盈利了才来说，发邮件希望与平台开诚布公的沟通，也愿意配合平台调查，但平台消极处理，至今未收到任何回复！目前账号也登不上，后台也不让进。 本人的核心诉求 1.书面答复:明确哪个账号哪笔交易违规（提供该订单所在账号和交易订单号） 2.解封本人后台账户，并退还本金 以下是本人的交易记录和平台发送霸王条款的邮件
