The platform deducted the entire $10,639 in my account, and I can no longer log in to either the trading terminal or the back office. Their only explanation was that I "violated trading rules," but they provided no evidence whatsoever and refused to specify which trades were in violation. I had some positions open for over 3 minutes, and because of high market volatility, I made slightly higher profits. Suddenly, that's labeled as "abnormal trading." I contacted customer support, and they just told me to send an email. I did, but they never replied. This is a textbook scam platform. I need your help to get justice.

盾博平台直接把我账户余额10639美金扣除，账户和后台都无法登录，给出的理由就说是违反平台交易规则，但是却拿不出证据，也不说什么单子是违反的，我有些持仓超过3分钟，因为市场波动大，盈利多一点，结果就被判定为异常交易，找客服然后客服让我发邮件，发邮件又不回复，这是妥妥的黑平台了，请你们帮我维权
