My client deposited $153,331 USD into the BCR platform on October 22, 2024, then split the funds across separate accounts for trading. The main account retained approximately $120,000 USD. During trading, losses occurred, reducing the balance to just over $50,000 USD. By July 2025, the account began generating profits, continuing until November 19, 2025. the principal was recovered with a profit of approximately $20,000. The platform then began imposing restrictions, claiming the client was profitable—prohibiting simultaneous long/short orders, breakout trades, and various other activities. The client prepared to switch platforms, but the withdrawal was repeatedly delayed. Various excuses were given to withhold the funds—not bank issues, but demands to complete KYC forms. Fine, we complied with all requirements. It took over a month to finally get the client's funds released. To this day, I'm still owed $12,190 in commissions. They claim I haven't met their agent requirements and refuse to pay, demanding I open five more accounts—each with a $2,000 deposit and 10 lots of gold trades—before releasing my commissions. What kind of logic is that? It's clearly a refusal to release funds. If they can't play by the rules, they shouldn't be in the game. How can they withhold commissions? I haven't violated any trading rules. If clients profit, that's their skill—what does it have to do with me? As an agent, I earn this commission money. Yet BCR keeps blocking withdrawals with all sorts of excuses!!
