In 2025, I applied for a 5% principal withdrawal as required by the brokerage firm. After approval, the funds were not disbursed. On December 7th, the approved amount was returned to the trading account! I then resubmitted the entire remaining balance in the account! Axel emailed claiming the agent hadn't paid the brokerage firm, so the brokerage couldn't process investor withdrawals—a ridiculous excuse! The truth is: as an investor, I deposited real funds into the Axel platform and can provide detailed transaction statements confirming deposits into Axel's platform account. Please review the withdrawal request submitted on December 7, 2025—remaining unprocessed as of today, December 24, 2025. Axel has turned the tables, locking up clients' genuine deposited funds—an utterly despicable act. To date, no platform representative has stepped forward to discuss a resolution! Attached images include exchange deposit receipts, Axel backend deposit records, and the unprocessed withdrawal request log. The objective facts are clear: clients deposited real funds, yet Axel unjustifiably created obstacles and froze client assets! This violates the spirit of contractual integrity—using a license to engage in outright robbery.
